Find a property you love
Start by browsing our available rental listings. Each listing includes monthly rent, property features, photos, neighborhood information, and the availability date. Many also include video walkthroughs and Matterport 3D virtual tours.
Before scheduling a viewing, review the entire listing carefully — in many cases you can get a great feel for the property from the virtual tour alone.
Schedule a viewing
Once you've found a property you're interested in, book a viewing online using the scheduling link in the listing. Our booking system lets you choose a convenient time, receive instant confirmation, and tour the property with one of our leasing team members.
Submit your application
Found the right place? Complete our online rental application — and the good news is our applications are completely free. They can be submitted from your phone, tablet, or computer in just a few minutes. To speed things up, have ready:
- Government-issued photo ID
- Employment information
- Income information
- Current and previous landlord references
- Contact information for all applicants
Complete your credit check
As part of screening, applicants provide a recent credit report. You have two options:
- Upload your own — if you've recently obtained a credit report, simply attach it with your application.
- Use FrontLobby — if you don't already have one, you can obtain a report through FrontLobby for a small fee.
This lets our team review your application quickly and fairly while helping us maintain safe, well-qualified communities for all residents.
Get approved and sign your lease
Once your application is reviewed and approved, we'll send your lease documents electronically — review and sign everything online from anywhere. At this stage you'll also:
- Submit your security deposit
- Pay your first month's rent
- Confirm your move-in details
Pick up your keys and move in
Congratulations — you're officially a Hub City resident. We'll coordinate key pickup and provide everything you need to get started. Many residents also receive a welcome package with helpful information about the property, maintenance requests, rent payments, resident resources, and key contacts.
What happens after you move in?
Our relationship doesn't end once you've received your keys. As a Hub City resident, you'll have access to online rent payments, easy maintenance request submissions, responsive support from our team, professional property management, and ongoing resident communications. We work hard to ensure our residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, well-maintained home throughout their tenancy.
