Hub City Property Management (“Hub City,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our junk-removal service Hub City Junk Haulers, operates hubcitypm.ca and serves the Greater Moncton area of New Brunswick, Canada. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, for electronic and text messages, Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

- Junk-removal estimator details — the load size, timing, notes, and any photo you upload of the items to be removed.

4. Consent
We collect, use, and disclose personal information with your consent, except where the law permits or requires otherwise. By submitting a form or the junk-removal estimator, you consent to our contacting you about your request. Where we rely on consent for analytics cookies or text messaging, we ask for it separately (through the cookie banner and an opt-in checkbox). You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, or — for texts — by replying STOP. Withdrawing consent may limit our ability to provide certain services.
5. Cookies & Google Analytics
We use cookies and Google Analytics 4 to measure site traffic and improve the site. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline analytics cookies. We use Google Consent Mode, so analytics and advertising storage stay disabled until you accept. If you decline, Google Analytics does not store analytics cookies on your device.

If you provide your mobile number and check the SMS opt-in box on a form, you agree to receive text messages from Hub City Property Management / Hub City Junk Haulers related to your enquiry, quote, scheduling, and service updates.
- Opt-in is optional and is never required to receive a quote or to use our site or services.
- Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
- Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in/consent to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging consent is not shared with third parties except subcontractors and service providers that help us operate the messaging program (such as our telephone/SMS provider), and only to deliver the messages you requested.
7. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business, including with:
- Service providers (processors) who act on our behalf, such as our website host (Netlify), analytics provider (Google), email-delivery provider, property-management platform (Buildium / ManageBuilding), and our telephone & text-messaging provider.
- A local licensed real estate agent we partner with to advertise rentals, where relevant to your enquiry.
- Authorities or advisors when required by law or to protect our rights.
These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us.
8. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, after which we securely delete or anonymize it. Submitted quote photos are retained for the purpose of preparing and documenting your job.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and review our practices regularly.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent. To make a request, contact us at support@hubcitypm.ca. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. If you have an unresolved concern, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
11. Children
Our site and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of majority in New Brunswick. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
